Imported machinery in Sri Lanka has a habit of outliving its spare parts supply. A single obsolete plastic component can hold up a whole line while you wait months for something that may never come.
You do not need a drawing or a CAD file. We work from the part itself: measured, modelled, printed and test-fitted. And because we build the CAD model properly, the next replacement is a reprint rather than a repeat of the whole exercise.

A photo, a sketch, a drawing, an STL file, or the broken part itself. No CAD file needed to start.
We measure and model
Calipers and CAD. We reverse-engineer the geometry and rebuild it properly, so you own a drawing for next time.
Material and settings
We choose the material for how the part is actually used, against load, heat, chemicals and sunlight, not for what prints fastest.
Printed and monitored in our own lab in Sri Lanka. Long runs get in-progress checks rather than being left to chance.
Finish and verify
Supports removed, surfaces cleaned up, and key dimensions checked back against the model before anything leaves.
Delivered
Collect from our workshop or have it couriered island-wide. The CAD file is yours to keep.
Materials
The material matters more than the printer. We pick it for the job the part has to do.

Questions we get asked
The part is obsolete and I have no drawing. Can you still make it?
Yes, and this is most of what we do. Send us the part, even in pieces. We measure it, rebuild the geometry in CAD and print a working replacement. You keep the CAD file, so the next one is just a reprint.
How strong is a 3D printed part?
It depends on the material and how the part is oriented on the bed. PETG and carbon-fibre nylon handle real mechanical load; PLA does not. We will tell you honestly when a printed part is the right answer and when you are better off machining it, because some jobs genuinely need metal.
What is the largest part you can print?
Up to 350 × 350 × 350 mm in a single piece. Larger assemblies are split into sections, printed separately and bonded, with the joints placed where they will not carry load.
Can you print in our brand colours?
Yes. Our multi-material system holds four filaments at once, so colour and material changes happen inside a single print instead of across several parts that then have to be assembled.
Do you handle quantities, or only one-offs?
Both. Short runs of tens to a few hundred parts are a good fit, with no tooling cost and no minimum order. Past that, injection moulding usually becomes cheaper per part, and we will say so rather than quietly printing five thousand pieces.
How do I get a price?
WhatsApp us a photo of the part with rough dimensions and a line about what it does. We come back with a material recommendation, a lead time and a price. There is no charge for the quote.
