Auto Labelling Machine
Apply labels to bottles, boxes, and pouches — straight every time.

Three-roll bucket labelling machine — Wikimedia Commons
Manual labelling crews are slow, fatigue badly, and place labels crooked after a few hours. An auto labeller applies one or two labels per unit at 60–120 units a minute, with consistent placement and zero rework. Works for round bottles (wrap-around), flat boxes (top-and-side), or pouches (front-back).
Step by step
- 01
Product enters on a conveyor and triggers a photoelectric sensor.
- 02
A servo motor advances the label web; the peel-edge separates the label from its backing.
- 03
For round containers: a pinch roller spins the bottle while the label wipes on.
- 04
For flat surfaces: a sponge or brush press lays the label and smooths it.
- 05
A second sensor verifies presence; missing labels trigger a reject pusher.
- 06
Roll change takes under two minutes — operators load and re-thread without tools.

Sized to your line
These ranges cover most installations — exact spec depends on your product, throughput target, and integration constraints. We confirm everything before quoting.
Bolts onto an existing conveyor or comes as a standalone with infeed/outfeed sections. We help size the label roll and tune the peel speed to your container.
