Weight Check & Reject (Checkweigher)
Every unit gets weighed in motion — under/over goes to the reject bin.

A checkweigher solves two problems at once: it stops you from giving away product (overweight) and it stops you from shipping underweight units that customers and regulators will catch. Every unit, weighed in motion, in milliseconds — no slow-down of the line, no operator decisions, full audit trail.
Step by step
- 01
Product enters on a transfer belt that matches the line speed.
- 02
A short weigh belt rides on a load cell — the unit's weight is sampled while in motion.
- 03
Software compares the reading to upper/lower limits set per SKU.
- 04
Pass units continue to the next station.
- 05
Fail units trigger a pneumatic pusher or air-blow that diverts them into a locked reject bin.
- 06
Every weight, timestamp, and disposition logs to the HMI and (optionally) your MES.
What's in the cell
- Infeed / weigh / outfeed belt set (3 belts)
- High-precision load cell (EMFR or strain gauge)
- Pneumatic pusher or air-blow rejector
- Reject bin with key lock
- HMI with statistics, trend chart, and per-SKU recipe
- Optional metal detector head before the weigh belt
Where it fits
- Pre-packed food (rice, flour, tea, sugar)
- Bottled / canned beverages
- Pharma bottles and blister cartons
- Cosmetic tubes and jars
- Hardware and parts packs
- E-commerce parcel dispatch lines
Sized to your line
These ranges cover most installations — exact spec depends on your product, throughput target, and integration constraints. We confirm everything before quoting.
Drops in immediately after your filler or capper. We calibrate against your reference weights and set the under/over thresholds with your QC team during commissioning.

Vision Sorting System
Line-scan camera with air-jet ejectors removes off-spec product in milliseconds.

Auto Labelling Machine
Servo-driven applicator wipes a label onto every passing unit, sensor-triggered.

Delta Robot Pick & Place
High-speed parallel-arm robot picks items from a conveyor and places into trays at 60–150 picks/min.

Filling & Counting Station
Counts units into bags or boxes (or fills by weight/volume) and auto-stops when the target is reached.
