10 Plug-In Solutions for Your Production Line
Each station does one job well — built as a standalone module so you can start with the bottleneck, prove the ROI, then add the next station when you're ready. No rip-and-replace, no factory shutdown. Tap any station for specs, applications, and pricing.

Vision Sorting System
Line-scan camera with air-jet ejectors removes off-spec product in milliseconds.

Auto Labelling Machine
Servo-driven applicator wipes a label onto every passing unit, sensor-triggered.

Delta Robot Pick & Place
High-speed parallel-arm robot picks items from a conveyor and places into trays at 60–150 picks/min.

Filling & Counting Station
Counts units into bags or boxes (or fills by weight/volume) and auto-stops when the target is reached.

Weight Check & Reject (Checkweigher)
Inline checkweigher verifies fill weight on every unit at line speed and ejects fails.

Vision Inspection Cell
Camera-and-PLC station verifies product against a reference image with pass/fail logging.

Pouch & Bag Sealer
Forms a clean, leak-proof seal on pre-formed pouches or bags — continuous or intermittent.

Capping Station
Servo-controlled torque head applies and tightens caps consistently — screw, snap, or push-on.

Carton Erector & Sealer
Forms a flat carton blank into an open box and seals the bottom flaps with tape or glue.

Pallet Stretch-Wrap Station
Turntable rotates the pallet while a film carriage travels up and down, applying programmed wrap patterns.

Robotics & automation in Sri Lanka — common questions
What robotics and automation services does Cerox offer?+
Industrial robot programming and integration, collaborative robots (cobots), AGV and AMR mobile robotics, PLC programming and SCADA systems, vision inspection and sorting, 10 plug-in factory automation stations (sorting, labelling, capping, sealing, etc.), and end-to-end smart manufacturing integration.
Does Cerox build AGVs in Sri Lanka?+
Yes. Cerox designs and builds AGVs in our Sri Lankan workshop using proven BLDC drive components, magnetic-tape navigation, and safety LIDAR. We are not a reseller — the mechanical design, control software, and assembly happen locally, giving you same-day support.
How much does industrial robotics cost in Sri Lanka?+
Cost depends on the scope. Entry-level factory automation stations start LKR 400K–800K. Mid-range AGV unit-load systems range LKR 1.5M–3M. Full production-grade robotics deployments (delta robots, vision lines, multi-station integration) run LKR 5M–25M+. Cerox sizes every deployment to the customer's actual workflow.
Can Cerox integrate with our existing PLCs and systems?+
Yes. We integrate with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Schneider PLCs, plus major SCADA platforms (Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk), and MES/ERP systems via REST API, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, or direct database hooks.
How long does an automation project take?+
A single factory automation station: 8–14 weeks contract-to-live. AGV pilot (single unit, one route): 10–16 weeks. Multi-station production line: 4–8 months phased. We always start with discovery and a site visit before committing to a timeline.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?+
Yes. Cerox offers annual maintenance contracts for all robotics and automation deployments. Includes scheduled preventive servicing, 24/7 phone support, same-day on-site response in Western Province (next-day across the rest of Sri Lanka), and local stock of critical spare parts.
Which industries does Cerox serve?+
Garment and apparel, food and beverage, tea and spice export, warehousing and 3PL, pharmaceutical and healthcare, electronics manufacturing, plastics, hardware, FMCG distribution, and herbal/Ayurvedic products. Plus custom software for service businesses across Sri Lanka and internationally.
Can Cerox handle multi-plant rollouts?+
Yes. We design for phased rollouts from the start — single pilot at one plant, proven for 30-90 days, then expansion across additional plants. Particularly relevant for Sri Lankan apparel groups with multiple facilities, FMCG distributors with regional warehouses, and food exporters with multiple processing sites.
